
Trinity’s provides campus housing in the Mayfair and Windsor Apartments. Built in the 1920s, the apartments have plenty of character, each with a unique layout. Some even have views of the snow-capped Cascade Mountains or great sunsets over Puget Sound!

How do I access my new mailing address?
Students receive individual mail through the United States Post Office. In order for a student to set up their new mailing address that student must first complete the following:
- Pay their Housing Security Deposit of $100
- Pay their Housing Damages Deposit of $300
- Confirm Apartment Unit number with Director of Community Life
- Fill out Address Change form at a Untied States Post Office in Everett or visit the website listed below.

Questions about Amenities
Can I request an apartment with specific amenities?
YES – However the ability to meet all requests is contingent upon space available.
What kind of appliances are provided in the apartments?
Each apartment has an oven, range/burners, and refrigerator in their kitchen. If other appliances are desired, they will need to be provided by the residents of individual apartments.
How are apartments be furnished?
All apartments are furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and dresser. Some apartments are furnished with additional items such as couches, study desk and chair, kitchen tables and chairs, and barista table and chairs. Additional furnishing are dependant upon individual apartment layouts.
Can I bring my own bed to housing?
What types of kitchen supplies are be provided?
You may purchase a "Kitchen Package" (set of four dishes, pot, pan, and glasses) through the Director of Community Life.
Questions about the Facility
What type of security is provided at housing?
Trinity apartment housing is monitored by an exterior surveillance system as well as daily walk through of both buildings by the RAs on duty.
How many students live on each floor?
20-32 students live on each floor. This number will change based on the type of units on the floor and how many people on that floor have roommates.
What kind of laundry facilities are provided?
On the lower level of the apartment buildings there is a laundry room with quarter paid washers and dryers. Counter space is also available. All detergents are to be stored in student’s personal apartments.
Where are garbage/recycling dumpsters located?
Dumpsters are located in the alley behind the apartments. It can be accessed through the back doors to the apartments.
How will the heating in individual apartments work?
Each apartment has a thermostat. Residents are able to control their desired temperature within reason. However, each apartment also has an individual meter reading and energy use is monitored.
How are maintenance needs be taken care of?
If there is a maintenance need, housing residents should fill out a maintenance request form and give it to the Director of Community Life. A staff facilities person will respond to the request. Students are not allowed to call maintenance staff themselves.
Questions about Policies and Procedures
What is the pet policy?
Is there a charge to stay in apartments over breaks?
Trinity apartment housing is closed for Christmas Break and Spring Break. Any student wanting to stay in their apartment over these breaks must fill out a housing application and have it and payment approved through the Director of Community Life.
What happens if students would like to have a guest spend the night?
Each student is allowed to have a guest spend the night by filling out an Overnight Guest Form 24 hours in advance of the guest's stay. This form must be approved by the Director of Community Life for the guest to be allowed to stay. From more details see the Student Handbook.
Can student paint their apartments?
Can students burn candles in their apartments?
No, due to fire hazards and smoke damage candles are not allowed to be burned inside the apartments. This is also part of Trinity’s lease agreement with the building owner.
How are roommates chosen?
All returning student who wish to live in Trinity housing must fill out a housing request form. On this form, students will be able to request a roommate(s). The Director of Community Life will try to meet student requests as space allows. Returning students will not be housed in the same apartment as a new to Trinity student. Students new to Trinity will receive a housing request in the mail that will include questions about your roommate preference. Roommates will be assigned based on the housing request. Some single rooms are available for new to Trinity students with specific housing needs. Please contact the Director of Community Life for more details.
How will housing be divided?
Currently there are five coed floors, one all male, and one all female floor. Students choose their floor on a first come, first served basis, however, the Director of Community Life will make housing assignments.
What about parking?
Students living in Trinity Apartments who wish to park in the street need to get a Zone 9 parking permit through the City Clerks Office, located at 2930 Wetmore Ave suite 1-A, 425.257.8610. Students will need to bring a copy of their lease and a current vehicle registration. The City Clerks Office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Limited covered parking located across the street from the apartments can be purchased at the cost of $350 per semester, please talk to the Director of Community Life for details.
Parking is also available at the main campus parking garage for $100 per semester. Contact the Student Accounts Office to purchase a parking permit.
